What would be the best way to download minute-by-minute historical order book data for a given contract? If the history can't be downloaded, how could it be collected over time?

Here is a hypothetical example of what I'm thinking about:

+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Contract | Time | Side | Price | Qty |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:40 | Ask | 0.283 | 2.00 |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:40 | Ask | 0.275 | 3.80 |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:40 | Bid | 0.160 | 4.33 |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:40 | Bid | 0.150 | 3.76 |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:45 | Ask | 0.280 | 0.55 |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:45 | Ask | 0.279 | 2.13 |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:45 | Ask | 0.274 | 2.00 |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:45 | Ask | 0.270 | 3.81 |
+----------------------------------+-----------------+------+-------+---------+
| Will ETH be above 115 next year? | 1-29-2019 10:45 | Bid | 0.185 | 5.29 |

I'm not necessarily asking for actual API code, but it would be helpful to have some direction on which aspects/functions of the API would be best suited to either downloading the history or collecting the history over time.

I'm mainly asking for some direction on what to research from someone with more knowledge about Augur than I have.
